Hill Farms celebrating 85 years

Tree Prices, Care Tips & Varieties

Pricing

Our retail Christmas Tree Pricing is changing to a FLAT PRICE & ZONE system. When visiting us this holiday season, if you select a tree from our Traditional Retail Patch (the area surrounding our homes, our parking lot and down to Gilberts Hill Road), ALL TREES will be $60.00. As always, the trees will vary in type and size and there will be trees up to 8 1/2’ tall in this area.

If you’re looking for trees over 9’ tall, you’ll need to ride our Tree Trolley to another part of our farm. Once there, you’ll find several patches of trees which will vary by height. Depending on tree height, patch pricing will range from $65.00 to $140.00. Tree heights will range from 6 1/2‘ to over 12’ tall in the Tree Trolly Patches.

Finally, we will continue to offer a variety of FRESH PRE-CUT trees in our Quonset Hut and those trees will be individually priced. These PRE-CUT trees are a great option for families looking for a quick visit to our farm.

We’re making these changes to ensure that you have a simple and enjoyable experience when visiting us, as well as to help our family manage continuing labor challenges and staffing shortages.

Care Tips

  • A freshly cut tree should be placed in water after purchasing and while inside your home.
  • Place tree away from sources of heat.
  • Use only non-flammable decorations.
  • Use only lighting evaluated by a nationally recognized laboratory, such as Underwriter's Laboratories.
  • Inspect lights for frayed wire or other defects before use.
  • Do not leave lights on unattended.
  • When the tree becomes dry, discard it promptly.
